I think I’ve figured out that to have a “good” day, I need to hit my four pillars.
- I need to eat (mostly) not junk
- I need to move whether that’s training or walking
- I need to engage in play, which could be reading, drawing, gaming, etc.
- I need to work to have that sense of accomplishment
I’ve shoehorned it into the word “core”:
